Everyone reacts to hormones differently so you kinda have to shop around and see what works for you. Like some people find testosterone alone sorts most of it out!

I tried the pill to deal with PCOS symptoms but it wasn’t worth the side effects. I’ve heard some people have success with coils on hrt, but I’ve also heard a lot of horror stories so haven’t tried one myself!

My voice changing was the first noticeable thing on T (along with sweatiness). I started getting the T cold after about a week on gel. Took 6 months to mostly drop and about a year to settle down completely. My voice was basically done before other changes like fascial hair came in!
