From people that I’ve talked to regarding forced rehabilitative drug counselling is that most studies find it ineffective. Addiction is a health concern and the government is now treating sick people like it’s a crime. Some people will benefit, but from what I understand it’s a bandaid at best.

NDP have been floundering for a long time. They are trying too hard to be a more compassionate version of the Liberal party when people are wanting to break the system.

I sure hope so. Last election they came close to winning, but their overall policy is to be a kinder version of neoliberalism. Better, but definitely not visionary or inspiring.

I don’t know if a single party that is looking out for working class people. They are all varying degrees of neoliberalism, including the NDP.

Saskparty is all about maintaining power, not governing.

Police can ruin lives just by doing their jobs. Landlords can make us homeless just by evicting. An employer might fire you if it's good for the bottom line. It seems that Capitalism wants us to be decent as children but then expects us to be corrupt and awful to each other as adults. How in the world is a guy that has made a career out of talking about privatization of crown corporations gets appointed to the board of major crown like John Gormley is pure political appointment. Another Saskatchewan Party failure in looking after residents.
