it can also help to set your alarm an hour early, take your meds or have some coffee, and then snooze for another hour

absent any context, autistic-led organizations like the Autistic Self Advocacy Network and Autistic Women and Nonbinary Network are great resources. there's lots of great autistic creators on here too. i'm speaking very generally, idk if you have a particular focus or just adult autism in general
