Honestly, there's some interesting tunnel history near where I live, and having been reared on The Great Mouse Detective, various flavors of Batman, and spelunking, I see the appeal of a gaudy sewer palace.

This goes for Minneapolis too. Last I knew, they were getting a big discount on HOME Line's services, a ~$150k underpay. And that's based on HOME Line's very modest budget, where none of us were paid much. I made $58,000/year at the end. Our ED made like $72k. Not the nonprofit industrial complex.
