Do you think it is just to selectively disobey laws legitimised by a democratic system? Is that not just vigilantism?

Rather, are you not stealing valour from the heroics of your ancestors while delegitimising today's system (arguably the best ever) in order to push along policy aligned with your normative woldview?

You could, of course, argue that the law in question was immoral by virtue of its existence given it did not arise from a democratic system of checks and balances

I think you can not easily compare laws as they exist in Western democracies to those put in place under fascist rule
