Chronic illness teaches you resilience and to keep showing up even when it’s hard. This past Saturday I did just that. Volunteered at the No Kings Rally in Fort Worth, TX w/my dear friend, because I love this country. Serving, caring, and standing up for what’s right.

I just went to a screening and QA and this film was powerful and inspiring. It even got my teenager asking how high-schoolers in his school district can get involved to help the fight against book bans .thats how impactful it was

It took me a few tries to get into A Court of Thorns and Roses. I wasn’t feeling the writing style at first and almost gave up more than once. But once I hit the halfway point, it got so good I couldn’t put it down. Now I’m already on book 3. #booksky📚
