Feeling bad is not the same thing as accountability.

And relationships aren’t repaired because the offending party felt bad. They just resume the status quo to repeat the cycle.

If you want repair, show accountability. Change actions and behaviors. It will take time.

Things are not ok. How I am handling the madness:

1. Limit socials: subscribed to newsletters, time limits on apps

2. Connection: planning a read together, family & friends, organizational work

3. Daily routine: includes creativity, physical activity, nature & most importantly REST
