I always review games I've finished. This way I feel less bad for my backlog. Sure, there are 1000 unplayed games left, but also look, 100 ones I've beaten and reviewed! =)
Also, yes, reviewing a game is the second best way to help a developer, after actually buying it for money.

I especially love the system that determines whether the Dude Dies. At the bottom, you can see a bingo card of Consequences, like burnout, anxiety or alcoholism. Whenever a Mechanism wins, Dude gets another Consequence. Dude Dies if he has gathered a bingo. Brutal and brilliant.

You've heard of #TTRPG -- now here's a wall-pin RPG. "DUDE DIED", pictured here in its entirety, has one of the players take the role of the Dude, and the others become his unhealthy cope mechanisms, like Agression, Domination or Supression of Emotions. The goal of the game is for Dude to not Die.
