im well-motivated by stress at least. i worry this is bad. when i got laid off from my last job i sat down and churned out an outline for 100 chapters in one sitting like i was under fucking attack. the bulk of the ending finally became clear to me though. it took years to massage out afterwards.

super intentional writing takes a lot of discipline that i struggle with. the way i write for fun is just waiting for the story to tell itself and then writing down or drawing what i've learned afterwards and reflecting on it and preparing questions for the next time i receive more info.
