My brother already has *government* disability through his job — he worked for the IRS — but can’t get approved for SSDI

That’s pretty much just limited to lawyers themselves. My brother has some means with his job disability but lawyers aren’t allowed to make more than $2700 on an SSDI claim — fees are capped — only a lawyer working for his own behalf is set up to even be really compensated
