Quick update, after leaving my employer of 23years in let's say, less than amicable circumstances, I'm now in the final stages of setting up a classic disco and soul themed exercise class, in Leuven Belgium. Classes start in September, see you there! 🕺💃🪩😜

So a little while ago I mentioned I've been paid out by my corporate employer (cunts), paid off the mortgage (💵🎉) and I'm now setting up a classic disco/soul themed exercise class in my adopted home town of Leuven 🕺💃🪩, launching in September.

She really loves her job, I always hated mine. Now I know why, I never fitted in that environment, for so many reasons but primarily because I was always so utterly bored.

I should have realised earlier that I had ADHD, it seems so obvious now.

Anyway, as painful as it was, it's the best thing that could have happened to me. I'm done with the corporate grind.

Financially independent, aged 51. I'm not retiring, I'll need to do something, top of my list being setting up a a classic disco themed exercise class and day trading.

And all because I fought those cunts every step of the way, after they discriminated against my ADHD.

You really don't think DEI legislation applies to you as a straight white male until you discover you're neurodivergent.

But it's over. In less than a month's time they're going to pay me the equivalent of 5 years worth of my monthly pay. I'm then going to pay off my mortgage and have some change left over for seeding my future side hustles.

I'm done. Aged 51, I'm finished with work (or at least working the corporate shaft).

My (ex) employer has put me through a 13 months of anxiety but worse anger. I was constantly fucking angry with them.
