It flip flops between “we’re not the reason you lost the election” and “we are the reason you lost the election” depending on which better serves the claim at hand, and people will make both claims within the same argument. No matter how you slice it = you cannot be trusted or counted on.

If a juror refused to go along with the other jurors on the ‘I don’t want to convict him bc I think him murdering that guy was ok’ basis then I think the judge would just remove said juror.
