Link's Awakening is my favorite Zelda title. I had to share every system with my younger brother, but the DMG was a one player affair! I spent the good part of the summer of '94 waking the Wind Fish.

Truly, the PS1 could be a substitute PC for those who wanted to play a slew of mid-late 90s PC classics but couldn't afford or didn't want the hassle of one.
Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda 40 years ago today on February 21, 1986. This commercial has lived rent-free in my mind ever since.
