For a reason I no longer remember, I have an unfounded belief that I may be immune to poison ivy. I live in a region where it is not at all common, but found out that a place I'm going to hike on Wednesday is lousy with it. Gonna find out for sure this week, he said confidently.

In July our dumb neighbors fucked up and shot a firework into our natural juniper fence. The blank spot has depressed me since, as I have worked so hard to make a beautiful chaotic garden.

I just welded this little guy. The neighborhood knows damn well it going up in October is just coincidence .
