I find it helps to patch stuff together across a number of data sources. To be honest, if you have clean datasets it’s probably not needed. But it has its place in the toolbox for messier datasets

In part it’s the reinsurance cycle and we’re in a softening phase there. There’s also a structural softening of financial conditions with interest rates falling.

I seem to be unable to open csvs or parquets using positron directly from file explorer with the “open with” function. Anyone else having this issue #rstats
