The two Disney Villain songs that really stand out are "Be Prepared" for Scar in Lion King and "Hellfire" for Frollo in Hunchback. I don't know which visual was creepier, the hyenas goosestepping, or Frollo confessing his lust then blaming Esmeralda for causing him to sin.

Songs are useful, they help tell stories and can be awesome mnemonic devices. Hell, people think "Pumped up Kicks" is a cool song, until you realize it's about school shootings. No reason anger or bad stories can't be songs. Hell, Disney Villain songs are popular and they're all about bad people.
