A couple of my friends just showed me King of the Monsters for the first time and WOW what a movie

A troop of Ardipithecus on the run. One individual pushes its forelimbs off the ground, propelling the upper body upward. For a brief moment, one footstep is followed by another, arms flailing on the side before landing back down. Not yet.

Definitely a lil rusty when it comes to art but I’d like to present to you the first piece of art I made with my new iPad: Lurdusaurus!

This is just the same thing what

Golden-brown in the morning sunshine, a clump of sea palms - the kelp *Postelsia palmaeformis* - clings to the wave-swept rocky shore at Point Arena, California. These iconic seaweeds really do look like miniature (~30-cm-tall) palm trees, with upright stipe “trunks” topped with a cluster of blade “fronds.” The ocean & offshore rock formations are in the background.

Ohh this one is awesome. I haven't seen much paleoart that shows entire herds of dinosaurs like this. It reminds me of modern footage of wildebeest herds and the way they all move together

A herd of wild horses gallops across a grassland. Towards the top of the scene, the horses' appearance becomes more reminiscent of the cave paintings from the Lascaux cave and the grass begins to fade away.
