If it was not obvious before, their support or even silence in the face of the Roberts’ Court’s hyper-partisanship & lawlessness betrays how bad faith the right’s decades-long attack was on liberal Justices not sticking to the plain text of the Constitution & making up law.

Rights expansions by legislators are usually great. By the Supreme Court not so much. Congress has almost always been to the left of the Court in American history. So more judicial power, less Congress can do.

A reminder the end of the United States began when lawyers like Leonard Leo and Don McGhan and law profs, yes I’m calling them out, Randy Barnett, Steve Calabresi, and other Fed.
