Attorneys behave the way courts allow them to behave. Litigants behave the way courts allow them to behave. If ICE doesn't follow court orders and isn't punished for it, why wouldn't ICE continue not to follow court orders?

Judge Blackwell called that hearing because he was concerned that ICE wasn't following court orders. Judge Schiltz called Todd Lyons in because he was concerned that ICE wasn't following court orders. ICE still isn't following court orders. What are they going to do about it?

My feeling is that attorneys on these cases should be filing contempt motions every single time that the government fails to comply with a court order.
