I concur. Sleeping at night is invaluable. Felt smart when I sold after Feb CPI came out hot and there was no fear. Felt brilliant after early April but didn’t feel comfortable taking advantage given the madness. Missed it. Regret but could have gone the other way too.

Am very content being on the sidelines. In a unique position. Just don’t like feeling stupid which is what the mkt and the Ives of the world are making me feel.

I have been 80% cash since Feb and am a retail investor. Know nothing about trading. On the sidelines. Have “advisors” climbing over me to get me to invest in this climate while I see my own business crater. Insanity all around.

Can one of you smart people please explain how the US mkts are not down 10-20%? Businesses are getting destroyed. We are about to plunge into a R. Inflation about to spike. WAR! What. Am. I. Missing?
