If you are born in Australia and then move to the US and die in the US, do they mark your date of death as the current date in the US, or the date in Australia at the moment you died?

My local cat shelter gave their new kittens a bunch of pride-related names for litters born in June, and sent out an email afterward about changes in their naming policy which implied they wouldn't name kittens in a similar manner again.

I do find that watching a movie at the cinema is one of the rare times I actually just have my phone away for a solid block of time, which really helps with actually thinking through creative choices and what I'm seeing on screen
