Do you know what nearly always follows wildfires in So Cal? Mudslides next rainy season, because not enough vegetation has grown back yet to stabilize the hillsides. So you're proposing destabilizing the hillsides for decades instead of a year or 2?

Clearly, the way to cut government waste is to:
- establish a new cabinet level agency
- with 2 competing executives in charge of it
- both of whom have been substantial beneficiaries of government largess
