This is about fairness and cultural tone:
when laws punish integrity, they discourage everyone from building.

Two women built something real — a neighborhood business done right.
We need to see women business owners like this.
Representation isn’t theory; it’s visibility.
It’s who young women notice when they picture what’s possible.

They built a real business, paid their people.
“Mistake” was paying every two weeks instead of every week — a law written for world that no longer exists.
Accountability matters, so does proportion.
Laws that bankrupt good-faith owners doesn’t protect workers — destroys stability, trust in the law.
