I've feared this for quite some time now tbf, it struck me some years back that we have entered an 'every man for himself' phase of being governed. Grab what they can while they can before the gig is up transposed to national level. It does not bode well! Sans system change, it's baked in imo.

The fact that the UK govt blocks a report on the impact of rainforest collapse in south America says so much:

1. They know climate change and the impacts are real and will be deadly

2. Instead of planning for solutions, their response is to:
- suppress the information
- block refugees

After a really rough few days, I feel up to getting back to building this again. It's been pissing me off that I know so little Irish so I'm building the system I would want to teach me.
