Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) was founded over 25 years ago to memorialize the murder of a transgender woman. Since last yearโs TDOR, weโve continued to lose members of our TGI community- and even one life lost is one too many.

The Trump Administrationโs removal of LGBTQ suicide prevention programs this summer was a disgrace.
I just signed legislation requiring student ID cards in public middle schools, high schools, and colleges to include the Trevor Projectโs crisis and suicide prevention hotline.
