So 80% don’t. This is one of the most interesting things for me. We have seen democratic protests under threat of life in places like Iran or 2014 in Ukraine. But in the “land of the free and brave“? Not really.

This seems all very convincing. Still I think that this is a bit much criticism for the scenario by Masala. After all it’s just a scenario and as such worth considering. Also the scenario is not meant to belittle the Baltics but to wake people up to the possibility that Russia may attack.

I find it hard to imagine how wars will be fought (and the strategic implications) if a very substantial part of combat is done by drones (vs other drones). Does anybody have something good to further read about this aspect of future warfare?

Serious question: Is there any analysis of how war will be with drones vs drones? At some point the Russians will do similar attacks and possibly against a drone defended position. It’s an odd thought that on each side humans will just stay at home while drones will fight it out among each other.

Is this a Russian cable? If so, did the Russians do it themselves of or are we finally doing counter hybrid warfare?

Further to the above thread I have now also read the original article. Doesn’t include expressly that he feels sorry for Ukrainians but he admits to having been part of an occupying force and generally he seems more like an idealist/pacifist. Just fyi if of interest
