It's increasingly clear that the president lives in a constructed bubble of unreality designed by aides who are manipulating him in order to take control of US policy. Seems like an important story - wish media would cover it.

When Obama was elected to two terms it felt like we were moving in such a positive direction. People seemed to be appreciating that the diversity in our country makes us strong, smart, and interesting.
What happened? How is it that people who hate difference of any kind are now running the country?
