I finally got my ID in the mail with my updated name, I'm finally and officially Phoenix Tobias Ash!

Things DO get better, but you have to work for it. There was a long stretch of time where I was just going through bullshit and I kept holding onto a mindset that things WILL get better and they have. You have to keep going and, unfortunately, there is no exact timeline. It just happens.

Deleted my entire FB account soon after the election because I was getting attacked with Anti Trans propaganda.

I tried to make a new account since my ID is now being updated and I should have it in a few weeks.

They've blocked me, i never faked anything in my life. My integrity is solid. Jerks.

I keep trying to string together pieces of my past that are just absolutely chaotic and painful. They don't exist in this current reality. It's gone, and the sooner I can come to realize this, the sooner I can enjoy what was, and be ready for what's to come.

I'm glad Charlie Kirk can no longer harm people like me, he brought it on himself and I'm not at all sorry to say.

He said gun deaths are a part of American reality and then died from such violence while children are being killed on a daily basis on American soil. I have no empathy for him. None.

My transition started in my early 30s, I'm nearly 40 now and still trying to get my name change done, but... There were also complications, and I have to donate whole blood more often than I'd prefer, but... the feelings of wellness for the first time is well worth the risks it took to get here.
