This was incredibly ill informed decision-making & absolutely authoritarian behavior by a man who craves attention & power like many of the worst leaders we’ve seen in world history. People will die because of this admin & if nothing is done to stop them, then this country is beyond fucked.

While I cannot blame this administration for a regulation that has existed for many years, I can absolutely blame them for the illegal, indiscriminate, and ill-informed mass firings. The result of this will greatly increase risk to this countries infrastructure and public safety.

As of this moment, I am 39 days short of 2 full years of federal service time. However, current law shows that I am not actually 39 days away, instead I am 182 days away because I meet 2/3 requirements.

I have completed many of the important training courses for NWS employees, including RAC. I have wanted nothing more since I was young to work for the NWS & commit myself to serving & protecting the public. I have received nothing less than high remarks and praise from my managers.
