The replies here are from philosophical infants who think he's comparing the insurance CEO to abortion providers. That's not what he's doing. He's saying that we, as a society, should resolve disagreements among people with fundamental moral disagreements without resorting to violence and murder.

Curmudgeonly complaint: I dislike those videos of an artist creating a piece in a way that is intentionally difficult, like doing it blindfolded or with their feet. The result is impressive, but the process is so gimmicky.
