In a diagnostic procedure he undertook willingly? I'm not sure I've heard anything indicating that just tacking a dx onto somebody you don't like, whoever they are, is ethical, so while I've heard similar -- doesn't it still seem a little stigmatizing? Attack him for being an asshole, not for those?

This is not meant to be a very vague vaguepost; @kenwhite.bsky.social said something pretty insensitive and folks ran with it as a text replacement, and I don't think I'm 100% out of line to be pissed/hurt by that.
