A graph over the same time period might be more helpful for the prison population. Other than "its going up" I have no idea what the prison population was in 1900. A per capita metric might be better.

Bright orange and red heart wood exposed by the recent storm contrasts the pale green lichen attached to its bark
Scattered feathery pale green lichen, a few patches of bright yellow green lichen and bright green moss and a large flat light blue green lichen on a fallen branch
Thick tufts of feathery turquoise lichen on the right encroached by a flat lichen in the centre, patchwork of lime green, turquoise and pale orange lichen on the left of a fallen branch
More lichen

Flat turquoise lichen, bright green moss like a clump of stars with tiny bright orange fungus nestled amongst them
Three twigs on a bench. One covered in fluffy light turquoise lichen. One with a big ball of lichen fronds and one fully matted in bright yellow green moss
A large tree covered in moss, most of the tree has been blown over by a storm breaking away from it's stump looking like a portal opening to a fairy world
A flat brown lichen (or liverwort?) With erect orange growths at its edges on top of a mossy wall
Lots of lovely moss and lichen scattered around in the aftermath of storm Eowyn
