Firing the head of BLS for “bad numbers” is terrible. But - what we can not forget - is that the BLS affects cost of living increases for SSA beneficiaries. A fraudulent/loyalist BLS = little/no COLAs. This could put so many elderly and disabled into poverty.

Now they can put a loyalist in place who can mess with the numbers and say “No cost of living increase for beneficiaries”. Bleak times indeed.

Also, BLS is who calculates the yearly cost of living increases for SSA beneficiaries. It is not something that should be messed with.

Fake bills were termed “dead bills”, because it is how they felt to the touch, idk. I wish we found them earlier but that was impossible

I found a lot of the fraudulent $100 bills used by the 9/11 terrorists when I was working for the federal reserve in Maine while I was in college. We turned them over to our secret service contact asap.
