The anti-Bluesky discourse seems really overheated and dumb. It's a website, FFS. There's plenty of interesting discussion on it and a lot of smart people on it as well. It hasn't supplanted Twitter, true, but the idea that this represents some sort of major disqualifying failure is farcical.

The silver lining is that SCOTUS added a question about its ability to decide this case in the first place, and it is a genuinely thorny problem. There's a chance the justices could decide they have no authority to take up this case ... but I doubt they will. I'm sure they want to nuke these suits.
