My kids school had one of these visit. It bought its own lunch. A pigeon that it disemboweled and ate in front of the horrified/fascinated kids.

The investigation into this is going to be ugly. I just hope it goes beyond the obvious and looks into the conflicting priorities of having core services delivered by for profit companies that have no real connection to the community affected by the failure of these arrangements. They always fail.
