Need to keep an eye on my kidney numbers

He said I need to follow up with my GP. He says do not take my blood pressure pills. It's too low as it is. He thinks i need to go back down on the Mounjaro dose. I need to make sure I'm drinking fluids and also drink Gatorade or something like that

Doctor came in, said my kidney numbers are a bit off. Not enough to admit me but likely due to dehydration. They cane in to draw more blood. So I'll be in here for another hour or so.

Co-worker got a surprise with me passing out and falling into my desk then the floor.

But passed out at home last month. I've been having what I call "waves" when standing up for a while now. I just hold on to something or just sit back down. The passing out today plus having those waves while sitting down this morning caused me to ask someone to drive me to the ER

Doctor thinks it's Orthostatic Hypotension which is just low blood pressure when standing. But it's new because I previously had high blood pressure. I haven't been taking my meds for it for about a month or so.

They did a CT scan, which is clear. EKG also okay although they want me to wear a heart monitor for a week.

In the ER right now. Passed out at work. BP is low. I'm dehydrated, too. Currently getting some saline via IV.

Tzar's self-titled first record (2000) is so fucking great. Saw them live at the El Rey for their 2nd album, got there early, sat with this really lovely gentleman who, it turned out, was the singer's dad! He was so proud of his son. Great show, great night!

There's that shitty Texas heath I despise. We've had a mild (by Texas' standard) summer, but the heat and humidity combo is back with a vengeance. That + the bus feels like a death sentence.
