The small things that make me happy:

The rare seagulls calls over the terrace giving me momentary flash back to the sea and a flush of happiness 🌊🌅

As I can’t go to the sea it can at least come to me in this way for a short moment out on the terrace. ☺️

Change of perspective

Getting a mobility aid was the best decision I took lately. It allows me to go out more regularly (still with help but I take it), stay out a bit longer, go a bit further & most importantly I can enjoy it!

These are the small things that now make me very happy!
