... (think causation vs correlation, replicate number and statistical support). We should not feel urged to make extraordinary claims to land a high 'originality' score, instead AI should be an instrument that can match the text with that the data really allows to claim and flag overinterpretation.

Congratulations Koichi Sato and @puckknipscheer.bsky.social for a biochemistry tour de force! Sooo many in vitro experiments, pinning down step by step a mechanism to resolve G4 structures. We used KOs and quantitative G4 CUT&Tag to corroborate mechanism in mouse ESC.
