Tuberculosis has been circulating in ICE prisons for months. I wrote it back in August and there is no doubt in my mind that there are way more outbreaks than we're aware of. We have to get people out of these camps.

There is understandable hesitation among many progressives due to the experience of 2020 and getting outflanked by the subsequent backlash from the right and there is healthy pragmatism there but I think many are erring too far on the side of caution

If we do it right this struggle within the broad anti-authoritarian front will make the whole front stronger

Dem leaders are predictably taking a position far the right of the vast majority of the liberal base of the party. I say progressives jam a wedge in that gap and hammer away at it. The liberal base is desperate for principled antifascist leadership and there's only one place it can come from
