This sand timer my son got for brushing his teeth says “30S”.
Either it measures 30 seconds – or it blocks a bacterial ribosome.
I’m guessing macrolide activity.

Are there any nephrologists/urologists with an interest in kidney stones who would like an early look at our online supersaturation and kidney stone risk assessment tool based on EQUIL2? It has been a long time in the making!

Has anyone used the Kidney Failure Risk Equation (KFRE) in a patient with heavy tubular proteinuria? I expected a worse predicted outcome with a UACR of 1 g/g creatinine and a UPCR of 9 g/g creatinine. Thoughts?
