Related: currently on a bus in East London, with the added jeopardy that I’m on my way to a dental appointment so if it all goes wrong and I miss it, it’ll be very expensive.

My favourite game to play when I need to get from home (not in London) to somewhere in London in time for a specific thing, is to choose the combination of transport methods that get me closest to my target arrival time. It’s trickier than you’d think.
