I just realized the novel Iโm working on, a hard SF adventure to save people from a plague, is well on its way to being over 100,000 words long, with my target of 160,000 being just right.
Word count isnโt everything, but Iโm a sucker for a thick book.

Finally finished "Wernher Von Braun" by Erik Bergaust.
It was a great, long read. It's also interesting because the publisher, the NSI is now the NSS.
If you're interested in a biographical profile from a close friend of von Braun, it's a great source.
Well, rejected by Analog again. My fortune cookie said "You'll find new purpose in July." I guess that wasn't what it meant.
But, I haven't given up yet! Let's see if anyone else likes it!
