NPC Idea. A person that is somehow connected to a hive mind and because of that they have a long delay in answering. The first person connected to the hive attacks so they can see that and then they will be able to identify future hive mind people.

Encounter Idea. A building or large container that is locked and filled with water. If someone picks the lock or destroys the door the water rushes out pushing them back, if they don't the water breaks down the door and hurts everyone nearby.

NPC Idea. A sorcerer that has their powers from some kind of demon or a trip to the lower planes. Now they bare those scars by parts of their face and body being desiccated and always burned.

Encounter Idea. A maze with a number of different traps and dangers with different colored flowers growing all over the place. There is something in the middle or to exit you have to make a specific colored bouquet of flowers.

Encounter Idea. A guide grim, a dog or other type of creature that is guiding the souls of the dead to the other planes. The grim only attacks those who attempt to stop one of the souls it is guiding.
