First MLB game I ever went to was Yankees vs Blue Jays at SkyDome, Aug 2, 1992. Joe Carter hit a homer, 40-year-old Dave Winfield hit a triple(!) And I was hooked.

I rarely watch football but watched the 4th quarter of the Bills game. Why root for a team at all? It's too painful.

I don't have an opinion on escalating baseball salaries right now. I'm just sad to lose out to the Dodgers for the third winter in a row. As if the most heartbreaking World Series loss wasn't enough.

As Jays fans, we're allowed to be petty about the Dodgers forever.
