Netflix's model *was* stable, if they want the merger to go through HBO content will not be going on Netflix, the clever play is to stay premium with HBO (with premium price) and stay mass market with Netflix covering everything else. The data makes as many duds as old Hollywood.

This is going to get interesting as we'll see if Netflix algorithm stuff will seep into WB or more handpicked stuff goes the other way.
