14.04.2025 14:06 β π 19 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0While Iβm ending this campaign, Iβm not walking away. Iβm shifting my course in how I authentically show up for the people of this city. Iβll always be part of this cityβs fabric. Iβll keep showing up, because thatβs what this momentβand this cityβdeserve: people who show up. (3/5)

Listen to whoβs offering real, workable solutions and is committed to doing the hard work of making city government actually work. Then, volunteer, donate, and vote. (2/5)
14.04.2025 14:06 β π 28 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0After deep reflection, Iβve made the difficult decision to end my campaign for Mayor of MPLS. I got into this race because I love this city. But Iβve come to a hard truth: under the current political climate, I canβt be my authentic self and be a candidate in this race. (1/5)
14.04.2025 14:06 β π 85 π 16 π¬ 12 π 30Here are my thoughts on a strong mayor system: it requires a strong leader, and we donβt have one right now.
You deserve to get the most out of your city government. That means electing a Mayor willing to roll up her sleeves and work with *everyone* to solve our toughest challenges together.
I think Koski has what it takes to run this city in a way that listens to the people of the city and take it on a better course than we've been led on by JF.

Emily Koski speaks to caucus goers
Thank you to everyone who showed up at caucuses last night! The energy and turnout was incredible.
Across Minneapolis, we heard loud and clear that residents are ready for a new era of leadership. I agreeβletβs build a city we can all be proud of, together.

A great night of DFL caucuses! Heβs only been Chair for a week and a half but Richard Carlbom is proving to always be there when you need him most, even as campaign photographer!

Minneapolis deserves a public safety system that puts residents first: timely responses and intervention that prevents harm and protects victims.
As your next Mayor, I will work diligently to provide safety to all residents and lead with accountability: www.emilykoskiformpls.com/provide-safe...

Precinct caucuses are April 8th
Minneapolis: Precinct caucuses are TONIGHT at 7pm!
A new era of leadership is possible. We need everyone to show up to build a Minneapolis we can all be proud of.
Come to your local caucus tonight & sign up as a delegate so your voice is part of the DFL endorsement process: minneapolisdfl.org
Leaders gather around table, making commitments to caucus and inviting their neighbors to join them
π£ Today is Minneapolis DFL precinct caucus night. All across the city, thousands of people will gather in elementary schools and community centers to talk about the future of the city β including the folks in this picture!

You know how precinct caucuses can drag on and on, with a litany of pie in the sky resolutions (whereasβ¦blah blah blahβ¦be it resolved that the Mpls DFL supports world peace, etc. etc.)?
Thatβs not part of the process tonight. Itβll be much simpler & quicker: elect delegates, go on with your life.
Iβm excited to caucus for Katie Cashman & Emily Koski tonight!
If you are at a caucus where more people want to be delegates than there are delegate spots, please be the person who asks for proportional representation & a walking sub caucus.
I hope that anyone caucusing tonight who has any inclination of supporting Frey really digs in on the way this illustrates his ongoing unaccountability in his oversight of MPD (which is solely under his oversight).
I think there are great things about Koski, Davis, and Fateh. We need a new mayor.
A new era of leadership is possible, Minneapolis. One that puts residents first. If youβre ready for a Mayor who wonβt overpromise and underdeliver, come to your local precinct caucus tonight at 7pm.

A reminder that if the government can send migrants to a prison camp without any due process, it can send U.S. citizens there, too. I know because this happened to me and my family in 1942.

Want a new mayor? You have options!
Thereβs time before you have to rank your mayoral candidates on the ballot. But the process of electing a new mayor starts at caucus tomorrow.
We encourage you to caucus for @omarfatehmn.com @emilykoskimpls.bsky.social and @dewayneforminneapolis.com tomorrow!
Jacob Frey has had nearly a decade to reform Minneapolis. He did ok, but our city deserves better. @emilykoskimpls.bsky.social is the only candidate with plans that will restore our city to once again be one of the worldβs best.

Great crowd at the Capitol. We need to ensure that Minneapolis is the first line of defense for our communities. That means showing up to caucus on Tuesday for leaders ready to take bold action to protect immigrants, the LGBTQIA+ community, and every one of neighbors from this hateful administration
