My sense is that bookending a day in which millions peacefully protested w an assassination on one end and a cop riot & failed military parade on the other made No Kings Day much worse for the fascists than it otherwise would have been. They showed us the stakes, then showed us how weak they are

Everything that’s happened over the past six months has been a response to an imaginary crisis. There is no immigrant invasion. No trade crisis. No scientific or governance crisis. Just people completely high off their own supply trying to fundamentally reorder society. None of this had to happen.

We are reverting to “survival of the fittest”. The wealthy can keep themselves fit; the rest of us not so much, especially as they are gutting resources. It’s beyond shameful.

Ukraine is going to save us all from Russia. They are so brave and determined. They are saving themselves, yes, but if they lose, the world loses too.

The world owes them so much gratitude and admiration.
