So: ways to read lots of indie books for cheap.
I am happy to have people pirate my books if they're dedicating their lives to tearing down capitalism and radically shifting societies view of artists worth... except these people are always the ones actually paying artists their worth, almost like that's an important middle step π€

PAINTED FLOCK deals heavily with compulsory romance and toxic ideas around romantic relationships. "More than friends" as an expression to mean sexual-romantic partners irks me to no end, so of course it's right there in the thick of the narration.
