I came to say the same thing!! I always add marmite to chilli or bolognese, as well as crushed Oxo cubes as part of the seasoning.

Honestly chilli on any sort of carb (that isn't rice) is so underrated! On jacket potato, mash, or chips it absolutely slaps!
