It's just some of the white Republican American Christians they have to pretend they love. Foreign Christians aren't even near that ballpark.

Of course they're not. And there is a line to appropriate "shaming". But this also isn't a time to normalize and give them a hug. It's a time to get all people to pay attention. Not just that this is another one-off until they just vote for the next mess. This needs to be a turning point.

The saving grace is that all these multi million dollar grifts add zero to his joy. It only magnifies to him how far he is from true wealth, when he looks over daily at who he's owned by. He was never one of them. And never will be.

I'm ever an optimist but a realist. And I live for the long season every year, knowing baseball is always unpredictable. Which I love. I don't abide by the spend spend spend. But my disillusion is with the state of the game in income disparity per the failing tv model. I don't know how it is fixed.
